Hey there folks,
I’ve just got out of what I perceived as my “happily ever after” but after therapy, communication and venting I have been told that this was not what I believed it was and am focusing for the first time on introspection, admitting my faults and recognizing the need for improvement. I realize that this was the turning point I needed for growth.
I am just sharing so respond how you will
I have had problems recently from just creating distractions for myself instead of looking within. (2 girlfriends, buying project cars, avoiding solitude). But now, I am finding stoicism and it seems to be a bit of guidance for the journey.
I am following a no contact rule, but any other recommendations or experiences for self growth, improvement and finding peace in solitude and discipline?
Be well
