I'm pretty much an investor not a trader. Outside of my retirement accounts I have a modest portfolio of largely boring stocks. COST, BROS, and a few GME protest shares. I'm up considerably in everything, and have no plans to sell, maybe ever, now that I've learned about"buy, borrow, die." I think that I want to transfer my portfolio from my retail brokerage to Computershares and just let them sit come what may. I'm not setting any stop limits, just letting it ride rather than try and time the market and deal wth the tax implications of selling. Does this seem insane?
