Second Camping still playing catch up.

I am in the 2nd camping and I still love the show. But the more and more I listen to it the more and more I want to try and play. I've never played D&D. I understand some of the basics and I'm from a small town in the south and don't know how to find a group. I also and still waiting for my psychical copy of Baldur's Gate 3 to ship.
