Title says it all. I've longed for the 4cylinder Stinger with premium audio package for some time now. Just love the way the car is sporty, unique, yet functional, but I'm not power hungry (upgrading from an old economy car). I want to emphasize I've always preferred the 4 cylinder because I don't see myself taking advantage of all 365 horsies on the higher trims, so I am in the minority on this issue. 300 horsies on the 2.5 liter engine sounds like a sweet spot to me between sporty and efficient.
But now I'm seeing a used 2019 GT2 with 6k miles for the same price as new 2022 GT-Lines. I see all the additional goodies you get and I can't help but reconsider. Here are my thoughts:
New 2022 GT-Line Pros:
- Fresh Warranty
- Better mileage
- Bigger Screen
- Small updated bits, like taillights
- 0% Financing
Used GT2 Pros:
- Ventilated seats Napa Leather
- Power Liftgate- Parking Sensors
- HUD- Bigger "Funner" Engine
- Brembo Breaks
- LSD
- I don't have to eat the initial depreciation Better value retention
I could be missing a few things. If anyone else is in a similar situation or helpful insight, please share!
