Hello yall, so I have been taking adderall for years now for my adhd (30mg twice daily). When I was younger I tried other medications and adderall just works best for me.

With the current situation going on right now with the adderall shortage, my new psychiatrist (who specializes in adhd) has put me on an interesting mix of stimulants.

He has put me on 70mg of Vyvance along with half my normal dose of adderall (15mg). I haven’t taken Vyvance in a while but the last I remember when I took one of my ex’s it cracked me tf out.

My doctor has literally told me to not drink caffeine bc it could give me heart palpitations.

I already know I’m not fucking doing that, but I need some outsiders perspectives.

Do you think 70mg of Vyvance alone would be good/ safe for me (F 5’2” 120Lbs)? I’m smol and I already know I don’t need that much to function.

I’m just not very familiar with Vyvance, so if you know something I don’t about it I would appreciate the feedback. Thanks yall
