Ativan to chill when I have no stims?

I have a couple of low dose Ativan laying around from a past script. Have no stims or access to them rn and just really struggling tonight. Will these be chill enough to get me through this really rough spot? Don't have plans for regular use just incredibly anxious and craving and just need to chill. Don't wanna smoke weed though cause it is hit and miss for severe anxiety and I had coffee today to stay awake sooooo I don't wanna test those waters lol.
