Sports clinic and vyvanse?

So I’ve been looking for a doctor that would be lax about prescribing adderall or vyvanse in my area. I heard about a doctor that prescribes bodybuilders things like testosterone for people that may not necessarily be low in testosterone. It’s a sports clinic doctor. Are those kinds of clinics allowed to prescribe amphetamine? Or what would be a good approach to picking out a doctor?
