Methylphenidate/Adderall cross tolerance? Or is adderall just weaker?

I switched from 54mg concerta to 20mg XR adderall and 10mg IR adderall and barely feel anything? I can fall asleep right now if I wanted to. Cross tolerance? Or is it just weaker? Cuz oh boy when that methylphenidate started to kick in I could instantly tell. But with adderall I have to sit there and constantly think to myself “is it working yet?
