Weirdest shit ever. I'd like to first say, I've gone to the doctors had ECGs, blood tests, echo cardiogram, 24 hour tape. Everything order, so no valve disease / heart attacks / etc.
Cardiologist says it's probably costochondritis or GERD. Prescribed, PPI for stomach acid (does nothing) / ended up getting prescribed oramorph to help with pain.
However, this all started after a binge on 4mmc (JUST ONCE) a few months back. My usual drug is LSD (which I can no longer do due to exceptional "squeezing" pains in sternum / lower abdomen).
It would seem my heart rate now will randomly spike to something like 140 - 170 for no reason - but as said above, no afib, allegedly standard tachycardia.
A second opinion said it could be ANS dysregulation after having taken a cathinone, which basically means I'm in a state of "fight or flight". Has anyone ever experienced / heard of something like this before?
