i have 10mg of ritalin 3x a day and i am concerned about my bpm can anyone share their experience/knowledge?

and my avg bpm when no activity is like 105-115bpm and when walking it sometimes raise even to 130bpm and when i had PE or walked to stairs it was even 150 or more but it was just spike and when i calmed down it went back to 105-115bpm i should have taken last one by now but i am worried i have like 110bpm rn can it be dangerous? if i am not on ritalin i have normal bpm like 70-85bpm when no activity,...
