The past 2 years ive been in and out of rehab and psych wards- mostly for mental health but i have an issue with substances, specifically stims weed and alcohol and i tried xanax and coke a couple times- ironically IN rehab, ive been back home and ive mostly just been smoking weed but i stumbled across my sisters vyvanse prescription and took some a couple weeks ago but thankfully she didnt notice, im at my other sisters house right now and 3 people in her family have stim scripts including ny 7 year old nephew and the second i was left alone with the prescriptions i took one of my nephews adderall 3 of my sisters ritalin and 20 mg of her ex husbands vyvanse and im just praying no one notices even though i know i deserve the fall out, i just cant fucking resist every time theres an opportunity to take something, anyways now im gonna be tweaked out all day, hopfully in a really good way paired with weed
