Adderall gives me motivation but not focus

On it for ADHD I take 10mg IR. 100 pound female anything more than that my body feels like it’s been put through the ringer. I find it gives me motivation to start task but I still struggle with loosing focus and disassociating from what I’m doing. Anyone else experience this? Is Vynase better?
