Someone from my insurance is coming to do a at-home physical. I'm not too worried about it because I spent all night preparing by smoking almost an entire gram of meth and gooning until I was sweating lube.
My BP is 146/89 which idk to me looks like the exact number that screams "I do meth!" How can I lower it?
Here's what I'm thinking I'm gunna do as soon as I post this: * eat something that will include overeasy eggs for the protein * take aspirin and 2 magnesiums (the MagOx brand from CVS, the good shit) * stretch * breathing exercises (probably right before they get here) * hydrate (Liquid IV's, the good shit)
Anything else I'm missing that'll help? Also I have on hand Suboxone, Clonidine, Wellbutrin and Mirtazapine. I get these prescribed but hardly take them.
Help.
EDIT: Alright guys 122/71. Normal looking blood pressure if you ask me. They're about to pull up so even though noone here helped in any way thanks for everything! Couldn't have done it without you guys!
