Can i use acetone with 2.5% "2-methylpropanol-2" to wash speed

Hello, i have this piece of shit paint thinner from hardware store i bought. on the front it says chemically pure acetone on the back it says product contains acetone and 2-methylpropanol-2

piece of shit sds says this has 75-100% acetone and <2.5% 2-methylpropanol-2 (Tert-Butyl Alcohol or whatever) https://www.service.european-aerosols.com/fileadmin/files/sdb/de/SDS_30203_-_PRESTO_Aceton_DE-DE.pdf
