Anyone get swollen genital area from stimfapping?

I couldn’t find a single other post talking about it, only people who destroyed their dicks lol. But i stimfap in bed sitting up and for the past year i noticed the areas between my legs and my balls (the right and left) will swell up like crazy causing pain and discomfort. Makes me nervous to finish too. My pubic area (where hair is) also swells up like crazy but my dick is fine bc lube. Any ideas wtf is happening?
