Adderal tolerance

I used/abused adderal this month, now i get no effect from "Therapeutic" dose, how much time before my tolerance can restart from 0? Most of the time i dosed One day and rested for the next One, sometimes i didn't rest. I've taken dose from 5 to 80 mg (2 times 80, most of time in the range 10/20mg
