So I have a Volcano dry herb vaporizer with stainless steel pads for the chamber. These pads let me vaporize substances other than dry herb without damaging the device. They're meant for wax and similar stuff, but I thought they might work well for vaping meth.

The boiling point of meth HCL is 215°C, so I set the Volcano to 220°C and filled a bag with the vapor. I got big clouds, and it tasted very similar to smoking from a pipe. The effects felt almost just as intense (I don't usually smoke it - I prefer other methods - so when I do, it always hits me hard). Nothing was left in the chamber, so I assume everything vaporized into the bag as planned.

My question is: Has anyone else tried this? Any tips to get more out of it? Smoking has a bioavailability of over 90%, which is the highest of all methods, but I feel like if I took the same amount orally or snorted it, it would hit me harder. So is vaping meth even worth it? The main advantage is that it's very quick and easy to prepare.
