maintain euphoria for 24 hours possible?

I have a bunch of concerta, which is long acting Ritalin. Is it possible to maintain the euphoria for 24 hours with redoses, or will my dopamine receptors be depleted before then? At what point does redosing lose its benefits and just cause the stim side effects?
