I have taken 60 mg of Adderall for four days. But during that time I’ve gone through the most stressful stuff of my life, physically assaulted, sexually assaulted and defamed. I haven’t slept in four days which I don’t understand because I haven’t been abusing the medication. I used to be able to take 360 mg a day which I’m not proud of. My problem is is that I haven’t eaten drink water slept although I have taking multiple doses trazodone, Klonopin, magnesium melatonin every night. The truth is, I don’t want to go to sleep because I don’t want to wake up tomorrow and realize this is my reality. I’m in such denial. But I know right now that if I do not crash, my body is going to get out so my question is before I take a huge dose of vitamin C again and more Klonopin that I need what can I do to nurse my body in the best way. I have been drinking Gatorade, taking all my vitamins daily showering. What are my main concerns right now fluids electrolytes what are the best most nourishing rehabilitative drinks foods and if supplements I can take before I really crash for hopefully 24 to 48 hours. This is not an Adderall binge per se as much as stress induced please someone help me quickly because I probably only have an hour window before my body completely gives out and I can think clearly enough to have something DoorDash to my home.
