I made a post like 2 hrs ago explaining my situation, except I ended up taking 100mg more sertraline (god knows why) so I'm up to 500mg sertraline and 160mg medikinet (methylphenidate) total.

Anyways so I didn't really have much symptoms till now and i checked my BP twice , around 125-131/82-85 (systolic/diastolic) plus heart rate was 121-132bpm. Also I've been shaking quite a but don't know if it's cause of anxiety over this lol. Point is I worsened my anxiety by asking chat gpt if I might have serotonin syndrome and I thought I'd ask for some advice :) more context is on my other post (if u need more details to understand)
