I was prescribed 30mg Vyvanse a while back for my ADHD, and it wasn't really working for me so I took a long break from using it. Today I had a big assignment to do in one of my classes, so l decided to take a bit more (90mg) to see if it would have any effect. I was completely blown away from the results, not only was I able to focus extremely well but any thoughts that would usually race through my head had completely disappeared. I also felt very euphoric and cozy. Ended up spending around 9ish hours working on it and all was fine and dandy. I'm currently going through the comedown right now, 5:30am and I still can't fall asleep. Took it at 12pm so very late in the day for this stuff. Heart is also staying at a steady 90-110 BPM resting currently, when I go up to use the bathroom or grab something it will jump to 140-150 BPM and drop down to 90-100 when I go lay down. Even if I make little shuffles around in my bed it will sometimes jump to 120-130. It's gotten a bit better but definitely not gonna make a decision this stupid again. A bit earlier in the night when I would close my eyes and try to fall asleep my heart would start pounding and it would wake me up. Not as bad currently but it still happens. kind of feeling the vicious cycle of me drifting off to sleep and then being startled by my increasing heart beat, then it tapering off, me falling back asleep, etc... you get the point. Also was sweating a crap ton from the usual spots but it’s slowed down a lot, my head also hurt but some liquids fixed that issue. I’ll probably try a higher dose than 30mg in the future but will never touch 90mg again, I should’ve done more research than the lack luster amount I put in just today. I also think the results from today would’ve been very different if I took it 5 hours earlier around 7am or so.
