I have adhd, diagnosed. They might as well have a picture of me there instead of a definition.

Non stimulant medication for adhd happens to be complete trash, I also had given up on stimulants altogether for the following reasons:

Methylphenidate: trash. Agitation, anxiety, hyperactivity. Followed by the mother of all crashes. Vasoconstriction. Tolerance. Hairloss. Costocondritis

Vyvanse: 3-4 hours of mdma-like euphoria and horniness, followed by 12 hours of depression, ocd and zero functionality. Less vasoconstriction, but there. Tolerance. Hairloss. Insane half life. Costocondritis

So better exp with amph, but guess what?

Adhd people can get fucked. Honestly, what is -20 years life expectancy from the average? that doesn't sound serious. So, in my country, there is no IR amph. We couldn't risk the lowest common denominator being hurt for the sake of people that die in their 40s if not medicated.

Anyway, 5mg meth. Sadly street one, purity is not the best, but not the worst.

Insane mental clarity compared to peripheral activation. Significantly less vasoconstriction than the alternative (obv the right way to measure is: min effective dose of meth for adhd vs min effective dose of methylphenidate vs same for amph). No agitation. No anxiety. No hyperactivity. No hypomania.

Tolerance will be the same problem of course. Being IR however, means that I can use as I see a need.

Lets see. Maybe it will be problematic, but, I haven't used a stimulant in a problematic way until now. Reasons are tolerance would destroy it as a tool, hairloss gets insane if I try this, comedowns become unbearable, Costocondritis makes it so I cant fucking turn without thinking I am having a heart attack lmao

I am thinking of combining it with clonidine for even more focus and even less problematic peripheral issues.

Anyway, this will probably be unsustainable. But, it might have not been so if I had a god damm decent psych that could have the freedom to prescribe me desoxyn and follow up with me. I am so incredibly angry that we are just throw in the trash.
