Switched from Focalin to Adderall. I like it much better but I have horrible brain fog. How do I get rid of it?

I got my yearly blood work done yesterday so I will know if there are deficiencies. But are there any supplements that help with brain fog? I picked up some B12, Lions Mane, Fish Oil, and others today to see if they help. I currently take 20mg Adderall XR, and it doesn’t give me much of a high, which I like. But at the same time the focus is lacking a tiny bit. Any suggestions? I meet with my psych tomorrow!
