Well I started it back again. I stopped for a few months and was doing great, then randomly felt depressed so asked for my script bac and I binged a bit. I’m so disappointed in myself. I dumped the rest and I’m never going back to it. I thought I could try one more time to see if I can control myself. I’ve been crying because of the come down and feel so depressed. Any tips to get back on track?
