So my usual trio is Ritalin Caffeine Nicotine

and the trio isnt the problem but everytime i take ritalin almost everytime my fingers and feet and the tip of my nose is freezing like crazy and its real i had my mom ask me why my hads and feet are freezing so many times it isnt just like a fake feeling. and also the tip of my nose, these 3 body parts i usually run hot water over it to get the temperature up or cover my feet in a blanket to keep them warm, it gets to a so extreme point that it becomes very discracting (from what im doing fe studying) idk why foes this happen? and what can i do against it? is it bad?

and btw im highly stimulated rn and ive been using for 12 years and im still a young guy, i just discovered this sub and its amazing, i wish i discovered it earlier i will return deff when i have free time, i wante dto ask things like will some recreational use affect my therapeutic use maybe in a negative way
