The first step is always the most difficult part, taking something to slow you down while on speed no matter what day it is will always be one tall task to say the least. Was absolutely out of my mind yelling at the walls until I just caved and took the following, vitamin c, magnesium, cbd low dose thc (somewhat daily smoker), and most importantly two beers to spread out.
Only roughly 20 minutes in and went from feeling suicidal level depression to feeling sort of neutral wow never would’ve thought alcohol would be a lifesaver like this !
