Does anybody prefer Amphetamines over Methylphenidates? Why or why not?

I have been taking ADHD meds for 7 years and I remember the first 3 I don’t even remember feeling like I was on a pill. I took vyvanse and my focus was fine but had no anxious side effects like I do now.

I have been taking focalin and Concerta for the past 4 years and the side effects have been horrible. Just feels like a weight on my whole body. I just want a clean effect. I want to feel calm but focused. I don’t want any jitters. At this point I might just force myself off these medications if shit doesn’t turn around.

Does anybody prefer amphetamines over Methylphenidates? Why or why not?
