I have been taking stimulants to treat my ADHD for about 8 years. I have taken Vyvanse for 2-3 years, Focalin for 3 years and then Concerta. Concerta and Vyvanse didn’t give me the anxiety that focalin did, so I like those two. But vyvanse gave me ticks and bad OCD. Concerta has been the best one thus far, but I have one thing that irritates me.

Concerta gives me some sort of brain fog when it wears off. On focalin, when the medication “wore off”, I would get irritated, but my brain still worked very well. Focalin made me a psycho, so going back isn’t an option.

It’s like I feel too lazy to think deeply about topics and my memory is very poor. Like my mind is blank.

Has anybody else experienced this? Does it go away?
