Anyone Notice a Difference Taking Ritalin with Effexor vs. Alone?

I have been taking Effexor for 2.5 years and started stimulant medication—initially Vyvanse and now Ritalin IR—just under two years ago. This means I have always been on Effexor while using any stimulant medication.
My question is: how significant is the difference between taking Effexor and Ritalin together versus taking Ritalin alone? Was the difference a positive or negative change, or was there no discernible difference between taking both medications and taking Ritalin by itself?
