XR vs IR

I have been on vyvanse 40mg, focalin XR 30 mg and now Concerta 54mg. I felt nothing on vyvanse, the focalin had too many side effects and Concerta doesn’t do enough for me.
Is it time to try some IR? I’m thinking of switching to adderall XR with an ir kicker. I don’t know tho. I meet with psych tomorrow and want to have a plan.
Right now I take 54mg Concerta with a 2.5mg booster adderall in the afternoon and until I take that booster I feel like a zombie almost.
