Okay, so I don’t see much on here about the Recoop supplement, which is designed for stimulant users. The aim of Recoop is to mitigate side effects and lower dependence. I have both the Before stimulant pills and After stimulant pills. I take 2 of the before pills about 1 hour prior to taking my Concerta and then my “after” pill about 2 hours before bed time. Since starting the supplement, I have noticed that side effects including headache, brain fog, and anxiety have all subsided. It took 2 days to kick in and Recoop is honestly a life changer. Makes stimulants bearable. I highly recommend this supplement to anybody who is taking stimulants.
