Kinda mixing concerta with vyvanse?

So i took 100 mg vyvanse at 21:00 10 december then 100mg redose at 04:40 11 dec but now at 8:25 im already coming down, i used all vyvanse but i have 5 54mg concertas, can i take them on the comedown is it dangerous to mix with the vyvanse?
