I have taken focalin (made me too jittery), vyvanse (had no effect), and now Concerta (I feel like I can’t even focus). Concerta makes me feel like I have no brain, and I cannot process my thoughts. It’s also worth noting that I drink coffee sometimes and use nicotine.
I have been on Concerta generic for a month then name brand for a week, and I prefer the relaxing nature of the brand name Concerta but I hate how Concerta gives me zero focus help. My memory is horrible and I am very inattentive. I meet with doc on Friday, and I usually am the one who does all the work in order to figure out what comes next. I’m afraid if I increase the dose of Concerta (54mg), I will feel the jitters that 35mg focalin gave me.
Where do I go next?
