Will I be good/stay awake?

Here’s the past 5 nights of sleep totals for me according to my smart watch: 6, 4, 5, 4, 3. I’m used to getting 6-7 consistently.
Been taking between 30-60mgs per day. I just took a 10xr and have 3 more 10ir with me to space over the course of today.
I have a 9 hour road trip today. Should I be concerned I might start hallucinating or some shit due to lack of sleep and then having to drive? I plan on supplementing with caffeine like I normally do. Thanks in advance.
