Will Clonazepam help me get my long lost sleep?

I've been using a decent amount of adderall for studying the past few days. I've gotten average of 3 hours sleep the past few days, and I have an exam tomorrow i'd really like to be rested for. I took some adderall this morning and id like to sleep 8 hours after the dose. For me, my heart rate is still elevated by then. Would clonazepam help me stay asleep for 8-10 hours? I tried ambien and i woke up after 3, VERY disappointed. Will Cpam keep me asleep and help me recover?

I also have some other benzos, and a lot of ambien. Maybe ambien twice (once after i wake up) would be better?
