Does anyone take a PDE5 inhibitor like tadalafil (Cialis) or sildenafil (Viagra) with their Vyvanse or Adderall or other amphetamine medication?

TL;DR - I'm prescribed Vyvanse, and it's a medication I HAVE to take every day if I wish to be productive. It leads to problems getting hard though, so I've found tadalafil 5mg daily to be effective in preventing my willy from "playing possum" when there's business that needs attended to. What are your experiences with sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, avanafil, etc. and amphetamine in relation to getting hard (or the equivalent for women)?

As many of you will know, amphetamine causes vasoconstriction, which is good in some contexts, but not so good when you have a hottie naked in front of you, and you're looking at her like a deer in the headlights with your shriveled peanut removing your dignity by the second.

I used to take sildenafil, but I prefer tadalafil for many reasons, one being not having to worry about taking sildenafil shortly before sexy time (sildenafil has is generally therapeutically effective for around 4 hours, whereas tadalafil can last for up to three days at a higher dose, or, if taken daily at a lower dose, can be effective everyday. It does depend upon the person though, and sexual arousal is required regardless).

ED meds do come with their side-effects, and you shouldn't just go out and start to take them without talking with a medical professional. I mostly experience a stuffed nose on 5 mg/daily of tadalafil, but I've had more painful experiences in the past on higher doses (20 mg), including leg and back pain. Sildenafil, when I used to take it, gave me an obvious facial flus, congested sinuses and a headache, among other symptoms.

Note: I'm aware that Vyvanse is a prodrug for dexamphetamine, as there's usually one person that gets pedantic 🤣
