Hi, everyone. I'm a daily Vyvanse user taking between 30-45mg a day for ADHD, last weekend ended up taking 120mg for a techno party and I had a great time (took also clonazepam that I have prescribed) the only thing that made me somewhat paranoid and anxious was that I was coming up (I took clonazepam but with the last Vyvanse redose I felt some anxiety anyways) with stroboscopic lights flashing me (I have a little trauma due to having seizures a few years ago when coming up on 3-FEA and since that day I always take benzos with high doses and when coming down). So I was thinking about taking 140-150mg tomorrow because I have a techno party again tomorrow but I was thinking if would be better if I take 30-60mg DXM tonight and just take 90-100mg of Vyvanse (of course if I take a high dose tomorrow I'm not going to take again for the whole weekend and I will take clonazepam with the come up and comedown) probably this time there will not be stroboscopic lights. Do you think that is best to take DXM the night before and taking 90-100mg of Vyvanse the next day for the techno party or best not to reduce the tolerance and take 140-150mg (of course not at once in both cases but taking redoses during 12-16h period)?
