How long to reset tolerance for Adderall and Cocaine?

I’m prescribed 30mg twice daily for Adderall. Been off it for a week but crashes suck right now. How much more longer should I wait?
For Cocaine it’s been 3.5 weeks, last time I finished a g in one day with my friend. I figured it was worth taking a tolerance break. Should that be well long enough?
