Idk if I make sense plus bad grammar.

Had around 80 or more mg of concerta-ritalin mix both (methylphenidate) . Decided to chill and smoked some marijuana, as soon as I finished my bong rip I stood up, blew the smoke out the same time. But after that I kind of blanked it.. it was really a blur but I think I was struggling to stand up, and I was grabbing my chair tryimg not to pass out and my arm, head and legs were twitching. I don't really think it happened but now the back right of my head hurts. And I'm really fkn confused.. please any input or someone to chat to will help greatly! 😁 also had 2 energy drinks before.

TLDR: on around 80mg of methylphenidate, smoked weed stood up. Either passed out or had a brain aneurysm or something.
