Can you hear yourself a lil too much?

Alr so EVERY TIME I take one of these pressed Addys I realize how my swallowing and chewing, or anything my mouth is doing becomes much louder!!
I always get self conscious about this in class and that makes me swallow and make noises even more!!! 🤦♀️😫
I’ve recorded how I sound and can definitely hear myself… Anyone have similar experiences? Or have some sort of theory as to why this occurs? 👀👀
