Some "withdrawl" - "craving" advice

Hey folks !
Over 3 days i was Shooting 1g meth. ( Slept between with benzos and ate food. )
Im going to see my family tomorrow for some days. Im already craving a Shot ( and tbh, i can't afford another Gram this month )
How long does IT need untill the craving goes away ?
I don't feel Trashy, Just scared my Impulse wins and im going Back to buy more.
For any advice i would be thankfull.
