Anyways to lower your heart rate while on focalin/Ritalin? Ive taken about 45mg over the past 4 hours orally to help study and to help my ice cravings but all this shit is doing is making my heart race out my chest, making me anxious and feel out of it. I just took some magnesium and hydrated, ate an orange and a glass of milk. I was also wondering if i took 10mg propanonol if it will help without causing issues (like propanonol with cocaine causing unopposed alpha stimulation.)?
