Amphetamine (Adderall & Dexedrine) supplements tips?

I’m familiar with several supplements and I gave up the routine of them.
Anything good to add back in besides multivitamin, magnesium lys-glys/L-threonate, L-Theanine, melatonin..
I’ve recently read about L-Arginine being tolerance reducing?
I do run 20 miles weekly, eat, sleep, drink water.
