I used to abuse the shit out of Vyvanse, Adderall, and Concerta. For example, I would take 300mg of Adderall a day or 500mg of Vyvanse a day. I was really far gone. I said enough is enough and I told my psychiatrist that I was abusing my meds. He cancelled my prescription and prescribed me 450mg of Bupropion XL (Wellbutrin XL). 450mg is the usual maximum dose of Bupropion XL. I quit stims 2 weeks ago and just started Bupropion a few days ago. Ever since I started it, my withdrawal symptoms have mostly disappeared. I finally have energy again, I feel motivated and optimistic, and I overall feel much happier. I highly recommend Bupropion XL, also known as Wellbutrin XL.
