need to control shakes after doing fat shot

did a fat shot and now have to meet up with a friend and don’t want to be obvious that i’m tweaked, would a quarter of a bar help with that? can’t take too much of it though because she can tell easily if im even slightly barred out, i’ve got 50 minutes until we see each other so any advice would be GREATLY apreciated
