combining Cialis and Vyvanse

hey everyone, when ever I stim, I always take a Cialis or so. but recently learned its hard on the heart to combine, which I'm trying to reduce. so, would taking it a couple hours before I pop my Vyvanse and begin my fun help reduce? or any tips or tricks!
