Unfortunately got into the habit of personally increasing my dose when my tolerance felt like it was getting higher, but I lacked the understanding of what the therapeutic effects were supposed to be. I’d take 200mg 3-4 days a week. I know it’s pretty difficult to overdose on vyvanse unless you took an insane amount like trying to kill yourself. Will my tolerance eventually lower itself do a decent level if I just take the 50mg daily as prescribed? Even though I haven’t had particularly negative side effects, this cannot be ok long term. I’d struggle to get by with university and work without the effects though, so I can’t just take a big break
