Super bad tremors

So I'm currently 43 days sober off all drugs, I was mainly using stims (molly,coke,meth,amphetamines.) I experienced severe tremors when high and not high during my addiction, I was hoping that the tremors would have gone away by now but they seem to be the same as when I was using. Any recommendations on what I should do to help with these tremors?
