Has anyone abused prescription/pharma-grade amphetamine (Adderall, Vyvanse, etc.,) consistently for at least 5 years and remained relatively healthy?

I'm not condoning misuse or abuse. But I think it's important to hear real life experiences. Obviously, if someone was taking excessive doses and not sleeping for 4-5 days a week, this is inevitably going to destroy you (sleep deprivation alone can cause drastic damage to your health in every aspect). But I'm talking more about maybe taking 2-3 times the recommended dose but not ending up with any cardiovascular issues, dental problems and so on✌️
