Withdrawal vs. Heartbreak

I definitely have a dependence on stimulants, probably addicted even. I remember seeing somewhere a while ago that withdrawal can feel like heartbreak, and I find that to be the truest shit ever. When my script is close to running out I am filled with agony and dread, akin to a breakup. Anyone else or am I a mega tweaker?
